Step 1. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE.
To make an online purchase of the products sold by CABESAN AGRICULTURA, S.L., you must access our corporate website WWW.CABESAN.EU and go to our section “Online shop” or “Create your garden”.
Step 2. PRODUCT SELECTION
Using “Online Shop”.
We show you in a grid format the products that we put at your disposal and the predetermined order quantities. It is necessary to select a product in stock in order to purchase it.
You will be able to select the product you wish to buy, through filtering options by country, as well as choose the quantities of the product you wish to buy and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the button “ADD TO CART”.
Subsequently, if you validate the information and there are no errors or modifications, you can continue with the purchase, showing a summary of the purchase information in the top right shopping bag icon. The summary will show the quantity, type of product and previous subtotal. If you wish to proceed to checkout you must click on the “Checkout” or “View cart” option.
To select products it is not necessary to register in our shop previously, and you can process the order as a “Guest”. During the purchase, you will have to enter your identification data to be able to place the order and we will give you a tracking number.
By means of “Create your vegetable garden”.
We will show you an interactive image of a vegetable garden with a drawer of products that you can click on. The number of clicks on the same type of crop determines the order quantity. These crops will be displayed in the interactive image of the garden.
At the same time, in list format under the image of the orchard, you can select for each crop the quantity in kilograms to order, the month of harvest and the week. Once the criteria have been established, the previous subtotal will be displayed. You can select the option to delete any of the crops or click on the purchase summary to finalise the order. Orders through “Create your garden” are subject to a minimum order of 8 kg.
To create your interactive garden and select products it is not necessary to register in our shop beforehand, and you can process the order as a “Guest”. During the purchase, you will have to enter your identification data to be able to place the order and we will give you a tracking number.
Step 3. IDENTIFICATION
If you are placing the order as a guest, you must enter your name, surname, e-mail address, shipping and billing address. You will also have access to a previous summary of your purchase where you will be able to edit the quantities and products. At this point you must accept the Privacy Policy and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Also it will be able to subscribe to the newsletter of CABESAN AGRICULTURA, S.L.
Once the final details of the order and identification have been included, you must select the payment method and follow the instructions to finalise the payment.
Step 4. PAYMENT
Payment of the order is made by credit or debit card, or by using PayPal or Stripe Credit Card payment methods.
If you chose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the REDSYS payment platform managed by Caja Rural de Cheste, where you must make the payment by entering your credit card details and clicking on the PAY option. If you choose the card payment method, you must indicate your card number, the expiry date, the CVC2 code and the card number and/or card holder.
If you select the PayPal payment method and click on the corresponding icon, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment platform, where you will be asked for your user details and password to make the payment.
You can also choose to pay with Stripe Credit Card if you have an account. If you do not have an account with Stripe but would like your personal details to be saved for future purchases, you should select the option “Save payment information in my account for future purchases”. This way the next time you shop at this or any other Stripe powered shop, you will receive a code by text message to make secure payments with Stripe.
Once the payment is complete you will be sent an email confirming your order.
Step 5. REQUEST FOR INVOICE
The email receipt of your purchase will not act as a document for invoicing purposes.
